Holy cow! You could wander aimlessly all this week and still end up at something good, as there are a ton of quality acts in town. Saturday in particular is a crazy night, what with Courtney Barnett/Waxahatchee, Cloud Nothings, Oh Sees and Benjamin Booker/Bully all at separate venues, so I’m just going to stay away from that thicket. For the sake of simplicity, here’s what you should do – head to the Mohawk on Friday for White Denim. They’ll help jam away all this wacky weather with plenty of fan favorites and new tunes from their 2018 album, Performance. Plus, sturdy locals Magic Rockers of Texas are opening!
