The Times They Are A Changin’, A Bob Dylan Tribute (Jennifer)

One of my hard to admit music confessions is that I’m not much of a Bob Dylan fan. I’m not saying I’ve never enjoyed any of his songs, I just have difficulty getting past his voice sometimes. The second part of this confession is I may prefer Dylan songs performed by other people.

This Saturday at Cactus Cafe there’s a one of a kind opportunity where you can hear some of Austin’s up and coming songwriters (Santiago Dietche, Chase Weinacht from Marmalakes, Peter Shults from Hello Wheels, Grace Park) pay tribute to the legendary songwriter and honor the 50th anniversary of his classic album The Times Are A Changin’.  Each artist will also be performing some of their own songs.
