CocoRosie

I’m not sure I’ll ever be able to really fully understand CocoRosie.  Sometimes they’re just so obviously spectacular, and then there are other times where I can’t at all figure out what they’re going for.  Guess that’s the win/loss part of them being so experimental?  Or maybe I should spend more time with their albums?  Either way, today’s track is rad.  The sister duo will release Tales Of A GrassWidow on May 28 via Redeye Distribution.  Enjoy.

:CocoRosie – After The Afterlife:  Naturally, this is sort of a weird song.  It is, after all, what they do.  However, I will say that I think it’s one of their prettier, more accessible efforts.  Just try not to be weirded out when it gets stuck in your head.
