Dang, it’s nice to have Trevor Powers back as Youth Lagoon. This airy number is off Heaven Is A Junkyard, his first album in eight years – it’ll be out on June 9.

Feeble Little Horse – Tin Man

This is a nice slice of noise pop from Feeble Little Horse, who just announced a new album titled Girl Fish (due out June 9). By the way, if you’re in Austin, the band is playing the Mohawk on July 12.

Slow Pulp – Cramps

I’m really loving the distortion and fuzz that’s all over this new, one-off rocker from Slow Pulp.

Stars – Pretenders (Illuminati Hotties Remix)

Stars have an expanded edition of their most recent album, From Capelton Hill, that’s coming out on April 21, and Illuminati Hotties’ hyper-pop-ish remix of this track is set to be on it. For those in Austin, the band is playing 3TEN on April 19.
