Quickdraw: Orville Peck, Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever, No Age, El Ten Eleven, Chelsea Light Moving

Enjoy.

Orville Peck – Summertime

If there’s one thing everyone could use during these weird times, it’s a lovely new single from Orville Peck.  Hopefully he’ll announce his next album soon, too.

Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever – She’s There

I’m really looking forward to June 5, which is when Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever will release their sophomore album, Sideways To New Italy.  They craft the catchiest stuff.

No Age – Feeler

This new one from No Age isn’t as wonderfully noisy as the last single, but it’s still pretty great.  I’ve got very high expectations for their impending album, Goons Be Gone (due June 5).

El Ten Eleven – With Report

I’m guessing we’ll still be self-isolating come May 1, which is unfortunate, but at least El Ten Eleven will be digitally releasing the first of three full length albums on that day.  Check out the first single from Tautology I now – it rips.

Chelsea Light Moving – Sunday Stage

Thurston Moore just set free a previously unreleased Chelsea Light Moving track – it’s cool and crunchy and just good enough to make me wish he’d resurrect that project.
