Muzz – Broken Tambourine

The press release for this track describes it as “loungey and romantic,” and I couldn’t agree more.  By the way, Muzz is a new project from Paul Banks (Interpol), Josh Kaufman (Bonny Light Horseman) and Matt Barrick (The Walkmen).  No word yet on when to expect a debut album.

Car Seat Headrest – Martin

The new album from Car Seat Headrest is titled Making A Door Less Open, and it will be out on May 1.  I think the first two singles (here’s the other one) have been really enjoyable.  As of now, CSH is still set to play Stubb’s on July 22.

Bright Eyes – Persona Non Grata

I wasn’t all that into this Bright Eyes song the first time I listened to it (I think I wanted something more raw), but it’s grown on me.  Definitely looking forward to the inevitable album announcement.
