The Hives – Good Samaritan

Third Man Records just put out a 7″ that features this track and another one that I previously shared.  I really dig both of them, and I hope their existence means The Hives have an album on the way.

Ceremony – Turn Away The Bad Thing

Ceremony are back and will be releasing an album, In The Spirit World Now, on August 23.  It’s wild to me that the band who once churned out tracks like Hysteria is also the band behind this shimmery number, but I’m into it.

Russian Circles – Milano / Arluck

You have to give it up to Russian Circles – they’ve gotten better and better (and heavier and heavier) since their debut rolled out way back in 2006.  Below you’ll find two rad singles from their upcoming LP, Blood Year, which is due out on August 2. By the way, the band is playing Levitation in November.
