Show Of The Week
This is kind of a nutty week for shows in Austin. The Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Stephen Malkmus played last night; Pup, Pile, Jim James and more will be around this weekend. There’s even a few quality local gigs, too.
Here’s what I want you to do though, go see Sasami and Empath at Barracuda tomorrow night. The former just put out a self titled effort and the latter very recently released an album called Active Listening: Night On Earth, and both are very much worth your time. Don’t miss out here, as it’s definitely one of those shows you’ll regret whiffing on later down the road when both artists are all the rage.
Tix are $12. Local Christelle Bofale will open.
