Interpol – The Rover

Interpol are back with their first album since 2014’s pretty darn good El Pintor.  The lead single is a bit cluttered, but overall I’m into it.  Marauder will be out on August 24.

The Ophelias – General Electric

Here’s the second single off of The Ophelias upcoming album, Almost (due July 13).  I think it’s one of the more interesting pop songs I’ve come across so far in 2018.

Spiritualized – A Perfect Miracle

Spiritualized recently put out two tracks – I’m Your Man just sort of skipped on by me, but I can’t seem to escape A Perfect Miracle.  Hopefully their new album, And Nothing Hurt (due September 7) ,won’t be quite as hit or miss.

serpentwithfeet – seedless

Before you hit play on this entrancing track, you should slap on some headphones.  Side note, I really need to check out serpentwithfeet’s recently released debut album, soil.

Raffaella – Sorocide

Raffaella is the newest addition to the Mom + Pop roster, and the track I have for you is her latest single.  It’s a weirdly infectious effort.
