Happy Metal Fun Time (Chuck)

This year hasn’t blossomed like I thought it might. The new metal releases that I comb through to find my top 25 each year began in January and pretty much stalled over the summer months. It looked like there would be an upswing towards the end of the year, and so far there have been a few that sound decent, but overall there hasn’t been much tough competition the last few months. November however brought some really good things, some bigger names releasing new albums, and interesting sounds from new bands making creative leaps in the metal world. So this month the mix is relatively new tunes, and in December we’ll figure out the best of the year, that will be a tough one!
