When EMA let slip that she had an album so political that Matador didn’t want it, I immediately imagined something way overdone and unlistenable.  I suppose the rest of the LP could still turn out to be this way, but the first single is pretty rad.  Check out the anthemic track below.  Exile In The Outer Ring is due August 25 via City Slang.  Enjoy.
