Quasi

Considering how the band has been around for 20 years and that I greatly love anything Sleater-Kinney related, I’ve somehow never spent much time with Quasi.  You deserve better, Janet Weiss.  The famed drummer and her cohort, Sam Coomes (Heatmiser), have readied a 24 track double album titled Mole City.  It’s due out October 1 via Kill Rock Stars.  Enjoy.

:Quasi – You Can Stay But You Got To Go:  There’s a lot of great music coming out of the 90s indie rock revival that’s currently underway, but only a small portion of it is as effortless as this.  Good to see that Quasi still has it after all these years.
