Show Of The Week

First of all, I hope you got tickets for the SOLD OUT Soccer Mommy & Hovvdy show at the Mohawk on Friday and/or the SOLD OUT Lucy Dacus show at Barracuda on Saturday.  Those are going to be good.  Secondly, this is a hell of a week for college-me.

Cursive will be at the Mohawk on Saturday!  Last year they put out Vitriola, a solid album that proved they’re still very much a band you should be paying attention to.  Opening the evening will be Summer Cannibals and Campdogzz.  Tix are $18 in advance, $20 the day of.

You should also hit up Mineral’s FREE in-store performance at Waterloo on Sunday at 5pm!  They just put out a couple of new tunes (like Cursive, they’ve still got it) and a commemorative book called One Day When We Are Young: Mineral at 25.
