TV Priest – Limehouse Cut

TV Priest’s new album, My Other People, is out June 17, and I’m more than ready for it. Here’s the post punk’s act’s third single off the LP – it’s a creeping slow burner.

Weird Nightmare – Wrecked (Featuring Bully)

Weird Nightmare is a new thing from Alex Edkins of METZ, and the project’s self titled debut album will be out on May 20. This track, which features Alicia Bognanno (aka Bully), is an indie rock gem.

Beach Rats – Rat Beat

Beach Rats is comprised of Ari Katz (Lifetime), Pete Steinkopf (Bouncing Souls,) Bryan Keinlen (Bouncing Souls,) Brian Baker (Bad Religion, Minor Threat), and Danny Windas (Let It Burn), and their debut album, Rat Beat, is going to be released on July 29. I’m digging the throwback punk sound here.

Dehd – Empty In My Mind

Hey look, it’s another infectious power pop affair from Dehd. Their upcoming album, Blue Skies, is out May 27. By the way, Austin-based folks, they’re playing Antone’s on May 13.
