Idles – Grounds

When it comes to Idles, I’ve been more of an appreciator than a lover, but I may have to shift that up due to this total thumper of theirs. The band will release Ultra Mono on September 25.

LA Witch – I Wanna Lose

LA Witch are going to put out their new album, Play With Fire!, on August 21. I can very clearly picture myself jamming to this first single in some hot, packed club, and it’s really making me with this damn pandemic would end already.

Yung – Progress

I didn’t think Yung were a still a thing, as they’ve been silent since releasing their debut back in 2016, but here they are with a new 7″ (due August 28). Judging by the A-side, they’ve left behind some of the fuzz and expanded their sound. I’m into it.
