World News – Don’t Want To Know

This is a gloriously jangly number from World News. From what I can tell, it’s just a one-off single but hopefully an album announcement isn’t too far away. In the meantime, since I only recently became aware of the band, I’ll be diving into their previous releases.

Winter – Just Like A Flower

Adult Romantix is the title of Winter’s new album, and it’s due out August 22. This single is a dream pop ripper.

Whitney – Darling

I fell all the way off the Whitney bandwagon sometime ago but with this sounding like a return to form (i.e. their first couple of albums), I think I may be ready to climb back on it. More to come here.
