HOMEGROWN HIGHLIGHTS:
Abram Shook’s new album is called The Neon Machine. Not sure when it’ll be out, but I like the new single from it a lot.
Masculine Pain is a new act that consists of Eric Braden (Big Bill), Nate Cardaci (Tres Oui, Literature) and Tim Bond (Gary Wilson Band, Pataphysics). I think their debut single is rad.
Rickshaw Billie’s Burger Patrol’s new EP, Grease Beast, is now available. You should check it out.
101X HOMEGROWN LIVE PRESENTS:
The August Homegrown Live is set! It’s Pennyfest at Barracuda on August 31, and the lineup is huge – Magna Carda, Ringo Deathstarr, Darkbird, Think No Think, TC Superstar, Why Bonnie, She Sir, Black Books, Christine Renner and Scott Collins.
