My not-so-wild guess is that Sharon Van Etten will have the first powerhouse album of 2019.  It’s good to have her back.  Remind Me Tomorrow will be out January 18.

Good Fuck – Secret Meetings

Good Fuck is a new project from Tim Kinsella (Cap’n Jazz, Joan of Arc and lots more) and Jenny Pulse, and their self titled debut album will be out on February 22.  I really dig the vibe of the first single.  Side note, you can see the act open for El Ten Eleven at Empire on January 18.

Ex Hex – Cosmic Cave

Ex Hex are back!  Soak up their catchy new tune and then make a note that their sophomore album, It’s Real, will be out March 22.  Also, jot down that the band is set to play Barracuda on April 30!
