Blowout

The return of emo continues to be an interesting thing for me.  I keep expecting myself to suddenly be done with it, but the new bands are great and college-me just won’t let go of that sound.  What is dead may never die!  Anyhow, the latest act out of the genre’s revival that has me excited is Blowout, who are from Portland and have a 90s-bend to their emo ways.  Enjoy.
