M.I.A.

The always great Fun Fun Fun Fest is just two weeks away, and one of the acts on the lineup that I can’t wait to see is M.I.A.  It’s been years since I last saw her perform, and I’m curious to see what kind of a show she’s doing these days.  I imagine it’s still a fun time, but crazier.  Or perhaps calmer?  Guess we’ll see.  Be sure to grab her new album, Matangi, when it (finally) gets released on November 5 via Interscope.

:M.I.A. – Y.A.L.A.:  Only M.I.A. can sound so frenetic and random but also still manage to pack a message that’s worth listening to.  Now excuse me, I need to get back to philosophizing while dancing.
