For months and months now I've been wearing out the
90-style indie rock on Yuck's self titled debut, so
I was definitely excited when I got an email
carrying word of an impending deluxe edition with
six bonus tracks. Hear one of the previously
unreleased tunes below. The double disc is due
out October 11 via Fat Possum. Enjoy.

I know a good handful of people that have a "been there,
done that" kind of attitude when it comes to Yuck's
throwback sound, but I don't care. Yeah, we've all heard
what they're doing before, but they keep things simple, the
songwriting is solid, and there's always a hook worthy of
blaring at an uncomfortable volume in your car. How
can anyone really not dig that?
