As you've probably noticed by now, on June 30 we're helping sponsor a show that's happening at Spiderhouse Ballroom. A press page with all the info you could need can be found here, but we also thought it would be fun to highlight each of the acts and offer up some of our own opinions. Enjoy.

Show Spotlight: Pink Nasty (bar stage - 12:15am)

Despite having written about Pink Nasty way back when I first moved out to Austin in 2007, I've only ever managed to see the pop artist play live once. That's a shame. She's got such a varied sound and big catalog of nifty songs that I should have caught multiple sets by now. Oh well. At least the show on 6/30 will double the times I've seen her, and that surely counts for something. Probably.
