Rundown
Sean Bean is
said to be close to signing on to play a King in a currently
untitled film based on Snow White. Julia Roberts,
Arnie Hammer and Lily Collins will also appear in the movie.
The Adventures Of Tin Tin has an international
trailer now. I think the film looks
like a lot of fun.
Jaume Collet-Serra (Unknown) will direct the live
action version of Akira.

Warner Bros. is planning a Julius Caesar movie that would
reportedly focus on his rise and not his assassination. It
is set to be written by Chris Boal and directed by Jonathan
Liebesman (Battle: Los Angeles).
The first film was solid, and the second looks like it will
be too. Here's the
trailer for Sherlock Holmes: A Game Of
Shadows.
David Goyer has reportedly been hired to write a Godzilla
movie for Legendary Pictures.
Ruth Wilson (Jane Eyre) may play the lead female role
in The Lone Ranger.
The Pirates! Band Of Misfits looks hilarious.

Edward Norton is reportedly close to signing on to be the
villain in the The Bourne Legacy.
Arnold Schwarzenegger will star in The Last Stand,
which is said to be about a small town sheriff who is trying
to stop an escaped cartel leader from getting across the
border. Kim Jee-Woon (I Saw The Devil) will
direct.
Contagion is probably going to freak me out.

It has been confirmed that Spike Lee will direct a remake of
Oldboy. Josh Brolin is being rumored as a
possible choice for the lead role.
Tom Cruise has officially been cast as Jack Reacher in the
upcoming adaptation of One Shot. He'll be
directed by Christopher McQuarrie.
Justin Timberlake will reportedly appear in Fully
Automatic. The film is said to follow two rookie
cops who team up with a mercenary to retrieve a stolen cache
of weapons.
I know it's meant for kids, but Hugo just doesn't
look good to me. Check out the

Sam Rockwell will replace Jeremy Renner in Better Living
Through Chemistry, which follows a pharmacist who gets
addicted to prescription drugs.
The prequel to The Thing ... which is also titled
The Thing ... now has a
trailer. Seems to be a solid effort.
Cameron Diaz, Elizabeth Banks, Jennifer Lopez, Brooklyn
Decker, Anna Kendrick, Chris Rock, Matthew Morrison and
Rodrigo Santoro will all appear in the adaptation of What
To Expect When You're Expecting.
Not sure what to think about the
teaser for
John
Carter. Hopefully it ends up being a good one.
