Ben Ripley (Source
Code) has reportedly been hired by Sony to pen a remake
of Flatliners.
Hooray! Fireflies In The Garden looks depressing.

Zoe Saldana (Colombiana) will star in Dominion.
No word yet on the exact plot, but it supposedly follows a
woman who is half human, half angel.
The Rum Diary looks like a blast. Check out the
trailer.
Noomi Rapace, Jessica Chastain, Olivia Wilde, Brit Marling,
and Olga Kurylenko are the actresses said to be in the
running to star opposite of Tom Cruise in Joseph Kosinski's
Horizons.
20th Century Fox is said to be on the hunt for someone to
direct their Romancing The Stone remake.
Katherine Heigl and Gerard Butler are rumored to be
interested in the lead roles.
Honestly not sure what to think of the
trailer for The Artist.
The sequel to Taken will reportedly start shooting in
October.
Shawn Levy (Real Steel) may direct an adaptation of
Frankenstein before he does a remake of Fantastic
Voyage.
The Weird World Of Blowfly has a new
trailer. Looks like solid
documentary.
Donnie Yen (Ip Man) has reportedly been offered a
role in The Expendables 2. Taylor Lautner,
Christian Slater, Christopher Lambert, and Nicolas Cage are
also said to be on Sylvester Stallone's wishlist.
Martin Scorsese and Leonardo DiCaprio may team up again for
a remake of The Gambler.
Kevin Smith has apparently decided to split the
hockey-themed Hit Somebody into two films. They are
now titled Hit Somebody: Home and Hit Somebody:
Away.
The Way and Happy, Happy both look a bit sappy,
but I might check them out. A

Jason Eisner (Hobo With A Shotgun) is said to be
set to direct a high school and martial arts mash up flick
called Blatant Violence High.

Better Living Through Chemistry.
Univeral has reportedly canned their planned big screen
adaptation of the Ouija board game.
