Rundown
Michael Nyqvist
(Girl With The Dragon Tattoo) has been case as the
main villain in Mission Impossible 4.
Mark Ruffalo let it slip that the Hulk will be motion
captured (in a similar style to Avatar) in The
Avengers.
There's something called Gnomeo And Juliet that has a
trailer. Help.
Chloe Moretz (Kick Ass) has been cast as Emily in the
adaptation of the Emily The Strange comic.
Emma Stone (Easy A) is being rumored as a choice for
lead parts in Spider-Man and 21 Jump Street.
Christopher Nolan has reportedly narrowed the Superman
director list down to five names. Zack Snyder, Tony
Scott, Duncan Jones (Moon), Matt Reeves (Cloverfield)
and Jonathan Liebesman (Battle: Los Angeles).
There's a drastically different opening
sequence up for Iron Man 2.
Angelina Jolie has cast Zana Marjanovic in her currently
untitled directorial debut.
Rob Zombie has ditched plans to make a remake of The Blob.
He will now shoot Lords Of Salem, which is about
demons and stuff.
Marvel is said to be tossing around ideas for a Black Widow
movie.
I honestly can't decide if the new
trailer for Heartless is
interesting or laughable.
Gavin Hood (X-Men Origins: Wolverine) may direct an
adaptation of Ender's Game. The book followed a
kid who helps bring down an alien race that's attacking
Earth,
Because of scheduling issues, Ryan Reynolds is in a spot
where he will more than likely have to choose between
Deadpool and RIPD.
Rachel Weisz will star in Fernando Meirelles' (The
Constant Gardener) 360. The film is said to
follow a group of people who routinely swap sex partners.
The Girl Who Kicked The Hornets Nest has a new
trailer. Seems solid.
Some plot details for the Wachowski's Cobalt Neural 9
have leaked. The movie is said to tell the story
(through "found" footage by archeologists in the future) of
an American solider who falls in love with an Iraqi
militant.
I think I'm finally excited for a Harry Potter movie.

Keanu Reeves has once again said he's trying to get Bill
And Ted 3 made.
Kate Beckinsale is all set to return to the Underworld
series.
If you're feeling kind of like a meathead, the new
trailer for My Soul To Take is up.
Elizabeth Banks has signed on to star in the crime thriller
Man On A Ledge. Sam Worthington and Jamie Bell are
also attached to the film.
Joaquin Phoenix is rumored to be the preferred choice to
play Clyde Tolson in Clint Eastwood's currently untitled J.
Edgar Hoover biopic.
Carlos now has a
trailer. Should be an interesting
flick.
Paul Thomas Anderson has ceased work on The Master
due to some creative issues. No word yet on
when production might pick up again.
The
trailer probably shows too much of the
movie, but The King's Speech looks good.
