Today's Quick Mention:  The new Sword album is all kinds of awesome, but I'm not sure it matches the ridiculousness that is the video for the single Tres Brujas.  Check it (and all of its cheesiness) out here, and then immediately run out and buy Warp Riders.

I can't remember the last Black Heart Procession effort that caught and/or kept my attention, but I'm intrigued by their upcoming mini-LP.  Although, it's not as though I have any other choice.  The first single sounds neat (hear it below) and there's a remix from dub legend Lee Scratch Perry.  Blood Bunny/Black Rabbit is due 10/12 on Temporary Residence Limited.  Enjoy.

:The Black Heart Procession - Blank Page:  While I could definitely listen to a lot more of the experimental-tinged sounds that frolic around during the first few minutes of this track, the very brief use of vocals is what keeps my coming back for more.  You just don't come across such quick verses that serve as adequate climaxes.  Well done, fellas.  I'll be sitting here anxiously waiting for more.
