Today's Quick Mention: Sorry for the late
post. I stayed out too late drowning my
sorrows at the bar after another Trivia Finals
defeat at Pluckers. That makes four in a row,
which means my team is now officially the Buffalo Bills - we
always get to the end but never win.
Bummer.
Janelle Monae! I don't know
why, but I always feel as though I should yell her
name. It makes no sense. Anyhow, the
singer made a big splash last year, and now - like
any savvy artist would do - she's keeping the
momentum going strong with a big-time single and a
new album. Take my advice and pick up The
ArchAndroid when it hits store shelves on May
18. Enjoy.
