Today's Quick Mention: My NFL activities received a boost this
weekend when I caught a few breaks and managed to come out with not just a
very important fantasy football win, but an office-best game prediction
record of 11-3. I'm on my way! Probably.
I have to admit that I was pretty surprised yesterday when I seemed to
be the only person in the office who loved Where The Wild Things Are.
"It was boring. Nothing happened" Whatever. They're silly.
If you haven't seen the movie I advise that you promptly ignore such people
by listening to the song below and buying a ticket to see the movie
tonight. Enjoy.

By now you've probably heard the more upbeat, raucous tracks
that fill the soundtrack, so instead I decided to post up
this very quiet number from Karen O (she's pretty much on
her own here) that also does a rather nice job of showcasing
the tone of the movie. To be honest, I think it
may be one of the more beautiful things she has ever done,
and you shouldn't be surprised if you find it on repeat.
