Today's Quick Mention:  I feel as though I should try to see Langhorne Slim at the Mohawk and/or Regina Spektor at Stubb's tonight, but instead I'm going to head to the theater to watch the world get destroyed in 2012.  Here's hoping it's worth skipping the shows for.

Surprisingly, the press release for today's act simply stated that the band is called Computer Perfection, their lineup consists of former members of PAS/CAL and their debut full length, which is titled We Wish You Well On Your Way To Hell, is currently available.  See!?  It's easy, PR folks.  No need for a zillion words.  In any case, glorious pop awaits you below.  Enjoy.

:Computer Perfection - Able Archer:  I've probably listened to this a good 25-30 times trying to come up with an angle other than "this sounds like PAS/CAL."  But, I've got nothing.  At all.  On the bright side, this is so lush and wonderfully crafted that you won't care (I know I don't) that there's another band out there making the same sort of music.  You'll just want more, and I believe that's the point.
