So, have you seen Star Trek yet?  What did you think?  Personally, I thought it was pretty damn good - very much in line with the modern, slick, origin-telling briskness of last year's Iron Man.

Here's what you came for.  Read on.

Robert Rodriguez has been talking some more about his projects.  Sin City 2 is definitely in the works, Barbarella is no longer in production and he will only be producing a Predator flick.

McG has not replaced Will Smith with Dwayne Johnson in 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea.  By the way he talks it sounds like he hasn't even heard back from Smith.

More names keep circulating on who will be playing the Green Lantern.  This week it's Shawn Roberts, Bradley Cooper and Brian Austin Green.

Rumor has it that video games Guitar Hero and Call Of Duty will be made into movies.

Brett Ratner is no longer attached to direct Conan.  James McTeigue is the name floating around now.

Fox has confirmed that they are moving forward with a Deadpool spin-off.

Ben Stiller will star in Help Me Spread Goodness, which is about a banker who gets swindled in a Nigerian scam.

Aside from helping get things underway on a sequel to Wolverine, Hugh Jackman has also signed on to lead Ghostopolis.  Supposedly, it's about a guy who sends escaped ghosts back to the ghost world.

Keanu Reeves will star in a modern retelling of Dr. Jekyll And Mr. Hyde.  It will simply be titled Jekyll.

Recently released videogame Wheelman is set to be adapted.  Vin Diesel will play the lead role and John Singleton will direct.

Karl Penn may be working for the President, but that hasn't stopped Warner Bros. from getting things underway with A Very Harold And Kumar Christmas.

The Details, which is about a couple trying to rid their backyard of raccoons, has added James McAvoy, Elizabeth Banks, Laura Linney and Anna Friel to the cast.

Katie Holmes will appear in the Guillermo Del Toro penned/remake of the 1973 ABC effort Don't Be Afraid Of The Dark.

Jason Statham has been confirmed for the remake of The Mechanic.

Ken Watanabe has joined Christopher Nolan's already stacked Inception cast.
