In case
you were wondering, Noah's Weekly Movie Guide didn't make an
appearance this week because only one flick, Watchmen,
actually hit theaters, and he thought it was a little
pointless to do a column like that without at least two
films to discuss. I don't blame him. Watch out
for a new entry next week!
Here's the news. Read on.
- The Rundown -
Despite being widely reported as a done deal, Judd Apatow is
not directing Ghostbusters 3.

Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen.

currently considering making it into an anime.

In Action. This time it will be set in the Middle
East.
Christopher Nolan has chosen Leonardo DiCaprio to play the
lead role in his next film, The Inception.

is that of Aspen Matthews, the star of Michael Turner's
Fathom, and the other is Leila, which is from Jonah
Hex.
Jason Bateman will be joining George Clooney in Jason
Reitman's adaptation of Up In The Air.
Rumor has it that Pixar may be thinking about doing a sequel
to Monsters Inc.
Matt Damon has signed on to star in The Adjustment Bureau,
which is about a charismatic Congressman on the rise in
political circles. George Nolfi will direct.
Mark Wahlberg will appear in another dull-sounding action
movie, this time it's called Prisoners and is about a
guy trying to recover his daughter and her best friend.
Danny Boyle recently came out and declined the rumor that he
will be directing the next James Bond entry.
Kevin Smith will direct Bruce Willis and Tracy Morgan in
A Couple Of Dicks. It's a buddy cop movie.
Also, it wasn't written by Smith.
Dakota Fanning will play Cheri Currie in a biopic about the
band the Runaways.
Speaking of biopics, one based on the life of carmaker John
Z. DeLorean is currently in the works.
Like so many horror classics, Hellraiser will now be
rebooted.

which is rumored to take place 25 years after the original
and will focus on Jeff Bridges' character's son.
