So, I'm all set to catch an early screening of Watchmen tomorrow, and I'd love to know if I can expect to be impressed or disappointed.  Anyone seen it?  So far the reviews I've read have all said that they need to watch it at least once more.  Surely it can't be that thick.

At any rate, here's the news.  Read on.

Emile Hirsch and Ryan Gosling have both reportedly turned down the role of Green Lantern, and now rumors are swirling that Anton Yelchin may be offered the part.

Woody Allen has added another big name to his untitled project.  This time it's Antonio Banderas.

Bill Condon is currently shopping a Richard Pryor biopic.  Eddie Murphy is attached to star.

50 Cent has said that he would like to adapt the game Saint's Row into a movie.

Samuel L. Jackson has signed a nine-picture deal with Marvel.  Essentially, he'll be Nick Fury forever.

Gore Verbinski has signed on to make a movie out of the board game Clue.

Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg will star in B Team, which is a comedy about cops.  Adam McKay will direct.

The Seth Rogen-lead Green Hornet has finally found a director in Michel Gondry.

Dan Aykroyd recently said that a script for Ghostbusters 3 is being worked on and that it might shoot this year.

Drew Barrymore is being rumored as the possible director for the third Twilight movie, Eclipse.

Total Recall is being remade.  Well, sort of.  Supposedly the movie will be based more on the Phillip K. Dick story, We Can Remember It For You Wholesale.

A Suicide Squad movie may be underway at Warner Bros.  The DC-comic featured B and C-list villains forced to do missions for the government.

Jim Carrey and Jake Gyllenhaal will star in the musical Damn Yankees.  Originally made famous in the 50s, the adaptation is said to be hoping to give the classic numbers a more contemporary feel.

The King Lear movie that Keira Knightley was attached to has been canned.

Work has already begun on a sequel to the Friday The 13th remake.

Supposedly, if Christopher Nolan decides not to do a third Batman then Warner Bros. will try to get Zack Synder to direct.
