Today's Quick Mention:  Yikes.  All of this Touch And Go Records stuff is depressing.  I mean, they've been such a great label for so long and now they have to just close up shop and become nothing more than a memory.  Someone should work up a plan for a bail-out.

When I sat down yesterday to look at what I had posted throughout the week I noticed that there really wasn't a particular effort catchy enough to be considered infectious.  Hopefully, with Doctors And Dealers, I'll be able to deliver such a tune.  Lost Friends And New Habits is the name of their sophomore effort, and it's expected to be released on April 21.  Enjoy.

:Doctors And Dealers - On The Dancefloor:  Where the last song that I shared from this group (it was called Snow Child) was essentially your standard Swedish pop, this is more retro-oriented.  Now that doesn't mean it's any less able to lodge itself in your head, because it will certainly do that.  No, it's more of an indicator that Doctors And Dealers are well on their way to distinguishing themselves from everyone else in genre without sacrificing what they're good at, which is making music that's rather adorable.
