As promised, here's my super accurate and very quick TV On The Radio show review - it was good.  That's all.  On a another show-related note, to help bring October to a close I've got a cut from Frightened Rabbit's new live album.  From what I hear the disc is essentially Midnight Organ Fight in it's entirety, so if you have yet to experience that absolute masterpiece then this could be your chance to hear it with an added umph from their supposedly awesome performances.  That's right, I've actually yet to see them play, which is certainly one of the reasons that I can't wait for the stellar Fun Fun Fun Fest to hurry up and get here.  Anyways, you should definitely pick up Liver! Lung! FR! and/or Midnight Organ Fight immediately.  Enjoy.

:Frightened Rabbit - Old Old Fashioned (Live):  In the roughly 428 times that I've heard this song it's tended to be all about the emphatic and sincere of delivery of lines like "I turned off the TV/It's killing us/We Never Speak" or "If we get old fashioned we won't have to rely on our memories."  Here though, there's no restraint or editing happening in the music and the vocals, so it actually takes something that already had a particular amount of warmth about it and inflates it to the point that makes me wonder if anyone could really not love it to no end.  I highly recommend that you download this.

"Jesus is just a Spanish boy's name."  I'm not going to lie, this song could be awful and I would still love it as long as it had that one particular lyric.  The tune is called Head Rolls Off.
