For those of you who were interested in hearing more about Ridley Scott's latest flick, Body Of Lies, my full review is currently up in the FILM section.  It isn't wildly in-depth or anything, but I think it will do well in helping you decide whether or not you should throw down your hard earned cash to check it out in a theater.  As for a bit of music today, I have something from a group with the nice name of Holy Hail.  My guess is that some of you are probably pretty familiar with the New York-based trio, but considering that the single below is the first I've ever heard of the act, my adventures with them have only just begun.  Keep an eye out for BKYLN Independent Pleasure Club, which is due out on November 11 on Kanine Records.  Enjoy.

:Holy Hail - Elemental:  The band's press release for this tune made it seem like they'd really like for me to focus on the politically-charged lyrics, but I'm way more interested in pointing out the odd mix of pop that's in the sound they're pushing out.  I mean, in just four minutes I feel as if they manage to hit on a thousand different styles, and they do it without much change in the vocals.  Weird?  Yes.  It clearly works though, as I repeatedly keep finding myself ready to hit the play button.

Here's the slick video that was made for Born Of A Star, which contains the absolutely awesome lyric of "give me money and steal my soul."  Watch it now!
