I'm beyond late on jumping on the Army Navy bandwagon, but I have a perfect excuse as to why things have transpired this way.  OK, not really.  I just missed the boat.  In fact, until yesterday, when I received word of their their new video (you can find that at the bottom of the post), I had absolutely no idea that they existed.   Obviously, that's mostly the fault of the President, but since he's about to be shown the door I've decided to move on as if it never happened.  Nice of me, isn't it?  He totally owes me big.  Speaking of large things, it's of high importance that before the holidays hit and eat your bank account alive that you consider running out and picking up Army Navy's self titled debut.  It's out now on The Fever Zone.  Enjoy.

:Army Navy - My Thin Sides:  "You'll always be the one that wakes my tired eyes"  Admittedly, this song's particular take on bubblegum pop rests (rather comfortably, might I add) somewhere between being the perfect sing-a-long for your teenage sister and a guilty pleasure for moody hipsters everywhere.  I wouldn't say that's a negative thing, but my lady sibling likes bad rock music and skinny jeans just aren't for me - so what do I know?  At any rate, throw a smile on your face and prepare to move in a kinetic fashion.

Here's the aforementioned video for the song above.  It actually has some production value and a celebrity of the comedy world, Paul Scheer, in it, so show it some appreciation by watching it a couple of times.
