I don't know if you guys paid any attention to the comments for the Franz Ferdinand post yesterday, but someone said that they thought the version I posted up was not the original track.  Anyone know if that's true?  I think it sounds as it should, but I'd like to be sure about it.  OK, while you Sherlock Holmes that mystery, I've got Decomposure for your ears.  I've posted on him before (at the beginning of the year, I believe), but I wouldn't necessarily say that I'm the biggest follower of the Canadian artist - it's more of an appreciation thing.  Anyhow, with that being said, I have to give him some love for his FREE and recently released full length for Blank Squirrel Records, Humidity Patient Guide.  Get it here.  Enjoy.

:Decomposure - Excerpt 1:  Well, if there's one thing that Caleb Mueller is rather good at it's taking what should probably be a run of the mill electro-pop tune and making it seem full of life.  You should honestly do yourself a favor and slap on some headphones before you hit play.  On another note, many of the songs on Humidity Patient Guide work better within the context of the continuous 51 minute-listen that you're meant to experience it in, so I'm serious about you going and downloading the whole record.  Don't miss out!

Decomposure's last album was last year and carried the title of Vertical Lines A.  Here's the video for a song off of it called Hour 10.  It's kind of long, so make sure you have the time to check it out properly.
