Go Celtics!  I know the city of Boston has seemingly won everything lately, but I'm so happy that Kobe and the Lakers are going home with nothing except the realization that in their last game of the year they got beat by 39.  Yikes.  Alright, I'm actually about to run off to work, so I need to get on to rambling about Dr. Dog.  Just about everyone I know that likes music is fan of the band, but until recently I had never given them much of a listen.  Of course, this was a mistake on my end since they're sound is pretty much in line with stuff I usually adore, so I certainly should have been on the bandwagon earlier.  In any case, I've got my head on straight now and I'm all ready to get my hands on the upcoming Fate, which will be out July 22 on Park The Van.  Enjoy.

:Dr Dog - The Old Days:  If there was ever a song to label as appropriately titled then I believe this would be the one, as it pretty much takes every step necessary towards making sure that it pays homage to any good piece of pop that was made in the 60s (or as I like to call it, way back when).  Remember to grab a beverage before you head outside to waste away in the summer heat with this blaring in the background.

If I had been aware of the quality that is Dr. Dog I probably would have already shared this lovely little animated video for My Old Ways, but since I wasn't I'm giving it to you now.  Watch with passion.  Or whatever, man.
