Hey Everybody!  After a couple of weeks that have featured lists this post is the one that will generally showcase what to expect here on Sundays.  It's simply a rundown of the most noteworthy pieces of movie news that I came across during the week.  Read on.

- The Rundown -

George Miller's Justice League movie has been canned by Warner Bros because of the writer's strike.  Apparently, the script needed more than a few alterations.

Ain't It Cool News is running another round of reader-submitted questions for Sylvester Stallone.  The guy genuinely seems to enjoy opening up and sharing tidbits about his career.

The oft-delayed Fanboys now has the Apatow group in its corner.  Word is they've cut multiple versions of the film and will screen them all to see which one garners the most positive response.

Rumors are swirling that the final Harry Potter movie, Deathly Hallows, might be split into two films.

The poorly titled X-Men Origins: Wolverine has asked Michelle Monaghan to be Silver Fox.

George Clooney's critically appraised work in Michael Clayton will be getting another shot at commercial success on January 25 when the film is set to be re-released in theaters across North America.

Michel Gondry's follow-up to Be Kind Rewind will be an animated film based on the Migel Munya comic that his son, Paul, created.

Scarlett Johansson will direct a five minute segment in New York, I Love You, which is the American version of Paris Je T'aime.

Ellen Page has signed on to be in Drew Barrymore's directorial debut, Whip It. The film is apparently about a sarcastic (of course) girl who gets into roller derby while in Austin, TX.

Charlize Theron and Viggo Mortensen will be teaming up in The Road. The story centers around Viggo and his quest to find safety in the aftermath of a nuclear explosion.

George Romero has released the first trailer for Diary Of The Dead on Myspace.

Latino Review says the casting for G.I. Joe's Duke is down to Chris Evans, Channing Tatum and Matthew Fox.

Peter Berg has recruited Mark Wahlberg to star in his film about international drug dealer Jon Roberts.

Christian Bale is close to joining Johnny Depp in Michael Mann's new gangster flick, Public Enemies

Salma Hayek is set to play a bearded lady in Cirque Du Freak.  The film also stars John C. Reilly as a vampire.
