Did you guys see Lost last night?  I thought it was great until it ended and I remembered that there are only seven episodes instead of 15 left in the season.  Bummer.  Speaking of things ending soon, the NFL season comes to a close with the Super Bowl this Sunday.  I'm taking the Patriots over the Giants, 31 to 14, and I fully expect it to be all over halftime.  Now, to end this week I have some brand new Elbow.  The veteran act has always been a favorite of mine, so I'm pretty excited about their upcoming record, The Seldom Seen Kid.  I'm not entirely sure when it will be released here in the US, but the disc will certainly be out on March 17 in the UK via Fiction Records.  Feel free to import and love.  Enjoy.

:Elbow - Grounds For Divorce:  "Kicks like a horse."  Coincidently, this line is actually the best way to sum up how this gem uses an insane bass line and other heavy moments to smash your face in when you least expect it.  That's right, the act that's been around over a decade and a half didn't just do something standard.  They actually made a song that slaps you in face and commands your attention.  Fancy.

While there is also a brand new video for Grounds For Divorce currently available, I decided to go with something a little older.  It's a quirky little piece that was made for Forget Myself, which is from Leaders Of The Free World.
