Throwback Thursday: The Dismemberment Plan

Earlier this week The Dismemberment Plan announced that they will reissue 2003’s Change on November 4 via Partisan, and I took the news as a sign that it was time to revisit the album via a Throwback Thursday post.

To be honest, I’ve always more liked than loved any Dismemberment Plan material that isn’t Emergency & I (sorry, Dan Corbin), but I do think that Change is a solid effort.  Time Bomb is a fantastic track, I love how wonderfully mathy Superpowers is, and the rest of the album does feature some good songwriting and neat sounds.  It’s just so hard to top Emergency & I, you know?  Anyways,  have fun revisiting Change!
