To be honest, I didn’t actually intend to share today’s track. I heard it, thought it was fine, and then I moved on with the intention of finding something better. It was only after another half hour of browsing that I realized I still had Chvrches lodged in my head and that I should probably toss it up for you guys. So, check it out below. :Chvrches – The Mother We Share: If for some reason you’ve been waiting to hear what Purity Ring and Cults would song like mixed together, then Chvrches will make your dreams come true via this song. I wish I could figure out how I managed to not love this when I first gave it a listen.

This song has really grown on me. I think you’re right on about the Cults + Purity Ring. Immediately it felt like an upbeat dance track that might have been cut from the latest Purity Ring LP. Don’t forget the M83 breathy vocal thing going on. Pretty good track.
